When should I schedule my bridal makeup?
For brides, it's best to book at least 3 months ahead, especially during busy wedding times. Guests should book at least 2 weeks ahead.
Where do you offer your services?
Do you have a trial session ?
Yes, a trial is required for every bride to ensure we create your perfect look together. The trial takes place at my studio in Luxembourg.
What makeup products do you use?
I only use top-quality products like Kryolan, known for their long-lasting and photo-friendly results. However, I’m open to using your preferred products if you have any specific choices.
What happens if you are sick or unable to attend the wedding?
In the very rare event that I’m unable to attend the wedding due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a replacement makeup artist.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel the makeup services?
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your services. Please refer to my cancellation policy above for more information.
Do you offer destination wedding services?
Yes, I provide destination wedding services for an additional fee. Regardless of the distance, I am willing to travel to your location. For more details, please get in touch with me.
What is your experience working with different skin tones and ethnicities?
I have experience working with a diverse range of skin tones and ethnicities. I am trained to use products and techniques that work best for each individual, and I strive to create a look that enhances natural beauty while honoring cultural and personal preferences.
What happens if I need to cancel my wedding after the trial session has already been completed?
How do I confirm my booking ?
For brides: To secure your wedding date, you'll need to pay a 50% deposit upon booking, and you'll receive an invoice for this amount. Please make sure to pay it within 5 days to reserve your date exclusively. I can't guarantee your reservation without this deposit. The remaining 50% is due before the wedding.
For last-minute bookings (within 14 days), you'll need to pay the full invoice upfront to secure your reservation.
For guests: You must pay the full invoice to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before the trial, your deposit is converted into a voucher for other services. After the trial, the voucher is no longer available. Please refer to the contract for details.
Can I bring in inspiration photos for my makeup?
Absolutely! I encourage our brides to bring in photos of the styles they like. This helps our professionals understand your preferences and create a customized look that you will love.
Can I also book hair-styling services?
Yes, you can book a hairstyle only. However, I want to clarify that it will not be me who will perform it directly. I collaborate with a team of talented professional hairdressers and hairstylists who will provide you with an exceptional experience.
Do you offer makeup sessions at home and what are the requirements for this service?
Yes, I offer makeup sessions at your home for your convenience. For this service, I require a clean and well-lit space for our professionals to work in, access to electrical outlets, and a table or workspace for our makeup products. I also ask that you or someone else be available to let us into the home at the scheduled time.
Do you offer any additional services such as touch-ups throughout the day?
Yes, I offer touch-up services for your makeup throughout your wedding day to ensure you look your best at all times.
What should I do if I have allergies to certain makeup products?
If you have allergies to certain makeup products, please let me know in the contact formular or in your e-mail. If you are a bride, we will discuss allergies during the preliminary meeting / trial session. I will take note of any allergies and use products that are safe for you. If you experience any reactions during the trial session, please let me know immediately so I can adjust the products used. I recommend that you bring any allergy medication with you on the wedding day in case of an allergic reaction.
How do I prepare for my makeup session?
Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup on, and wear a loose, comfortable shirt to avoid ruining your makeup when changing.
Do you offer makeup services for events and photo shoots other than weddings?
Yes, I offer services for a variety of private events and photo shoots, including engagement sessions, bridal showers, bachelorette parties and other special occasions. Please contact me for more information on our services and pricing.
What if I have bad skin on my wedding day? Will you be able to help?
I am skilled at working with a range of skin types and can help to create a flawless look for brides who may be struggling with bad skin on their wedding day. During the preliminary meeting or trial session, please let me know about any skin concerns you may have so that I can customize our services to meet your needs. I also recommend that you follow a good skincare routine leading up to your wedding day to help minimize any potential breakouts.
